Privacy Policy – Brother & Sisters Ads Manager

This policy explains how Brother & Sisters Ads Manager (the "Tool"), an internal application operated by Brother & Sisters, accesses, uses, stores and protects data obtained through Google APIs. It complements the general privacy policy of our store available at brother-and-sisters.com/policies/privacy-policy.

1. Data the Tool accesses

With the Google Ads API scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords), the Tool accesses only the Google Ads accounts owned by Brother & Sisters and linked to our manager account:

• Account structure: campaigns, ad groups, asset groups, ads, assets, keywords, negative keyword lists, budgets and bidding settings.
• Performance reports: impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value, search terms and product performance.
• Account settings such as conversion goals and linked Merchant Center feeds.

The Tool does not access Gmail, Drive, Contacts or any other Google service, and does not collect personal data of end users or customers through Google APIs.

2. How the data is used

The data is used only to report on and manage the advertising of Brother & Sisters: analysing performance, creating and updating our own campaigns and asset groups, adjusting budgets and bids, and maintaining negative keyword lists. It is never used for any other purpose.

3. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, transfer or share Google user data with third parties. It is not used for advertising to individuals, for credit-worthiness or lending decisions, or to train artificial intelligence models.

4. Storage and security

OAuth credentials and report extracts are stored on servers controlled by Brother & Sisters located in the European Union, with access restricted to authorised team members. Credentials are kept in access-restricted files and are never published. Report extracts are kept only as long as needed for analysis and are then deleted.

5. Retention and deletion

Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions). To request deletion of data held by the Tool, contact us at the address below; we delete it within 30 days.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

The Tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
